Shipping & Freight
Whenever possible, all domestic shipments will be made via UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL for small packages. Freight shipments are handled via various truck lines. A 3% handling fee will be added for freight/truck line shipments. Online catalog prices do not include the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping will be calculated by our shopping cart during the check out process.
FREIGHT/TRUCK CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL (CREDIT CARD CHARGES) WHEN ACTUAL COSTS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
For orders less than $30 there will be a $5 service charge.
RESTOCKING FEE:
All merchandise returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT & CLAIMS:
Claims for damages shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. We urge all customers to properly inspect containers and cartons, including the merchandise, before signing the delivery receipt or bill. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned shipments. You must notify BJ’s Bargains of any shortages or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Any avoidance of this procedure will exempt BJ’s Bargains from any responsibility.
BJ’s Bargains will assist you in filing a claim if all correct procedures have been followed.

RETURNS:
All returns must be authorized within 10 calendar days of receipt of shipment. All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Please call ahead to get a return authorization number before you send back the merchandise. Make sure you mark the outside of the carton with the return authorization number we email to you. All authorized returns must be made within 10 calendar days of return to the address given in the email. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return merchandise within 5 days of receipt to ensure proper credit. Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please call us immediately. Keep the packaging material because the carrier often needs to study it when a damage claim report is submitted. ALL carriers only process claims within 14 days of delivery, so contact us immediately.
